WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION?

In a Physical Test Centre:

You must present a valid (unexpired, original ID - no photocopies). This must be government issued and have your first and last name, photo and signature. The first and last name that you used to register must match exactly the first and last name on the ID that you will present at the time of your test.

Candidates will not be permitted to test without proper ID. Acceptable methods of identification are:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s license
  • Permanent Resident card

Important: Candidates writing in a test center will also be required submit a printed copy of their booking confirmation email to the proctor.


In an Online Proctoring Environment:

ARE THERE ANY PERMISSIBLE ITEMS ALLOWED DURING THE EXAM?

In a Physical Test Centre:

  • The testing location will provide you with the hardware and station requirements as needed.
  • An online notepad will be available within the exam interface. Candidates are not permitted to use scrap paper.
  • The test center will provide you with a Meazure Learning whiteboard and marker.
  • Disposable ear plugs
  • Tissues (Note - packages may be subject to inspection by the proctor)

In an Online Proctoring Environment:

Bottled water (in a transparent bottle) is allowed at your workstation. No other items are permitted at your workstation.

  • Candidates must test on a hard surface (not a bed or couch)
  • Candidates are not permitted to wear watches
  • Candidates require a mirror or reflective surface to show the proctor the monitor. This can include a cell phone with a front facing camera or or an external USB camera.

An online notepad will be available within the exam interface. Candidates are not permitted to use scrap paper.

ARE BREAKS PERMITTED DURING THE EXAM?

In a Physical Test Centre:

A washroom break is allowed, however, your examination timer does not stop and you are not given additional time for a washroom break. It is highly recommended candidates use the washroom before the start of their examination.

You are permitted to access your water bottle during the unscheduled break


In an Online Proctoring Environment:

A washroom break is allowed, however, your examination timer does not stop and you are not given additional time for a washroom break. In the Online proctoring experience, candidates will be required to conduct a new room pan with their webcam upon return. It is highly recommended candidates use the washroom before the start of their examination.
